NOTICE INVITING TENDER
Sealed Tenders on behalf of Chairman and Managing Director / Cochin International Aviation Services Limited, in prescribed form are invited by the General Manager & Company Secretary, Cochin International Aviation Services Limited, XI/318E, Cochin International Airport Buildings, Nedumbassery, Kochi Airport P.O., Ernakulam 683 111 from reputed Travel Agencies and Transporters having previous experience in providing hired passenger transport vehicles to similar leading and reputed Public / Private Sector Organisations and the Agency should be in existence for a minimum of two years as a Travel Agency / Transporter from the date of the Tender, for providing 1 (one) number of well maintained Tata Indigo Diesel A/C Motor Car vehicle (P/S, P/W, with central lock) or equivalent Sedan Vehicle with driver and fuel for the official use of CIASL to run upto 2500 KMs per month (excluding all Sundays and all CIASL Holidays) for a period of Two years extendable to one more year, for the official use of CIASL.
