2. Awareness Programme on Prevention of Sexual Harassment in Workplace

This one day workshop is intended to create awareness , educate participants and equip them with necessary knowledge and skills to foster a safe and respectful working environment for all employees. This workshop addresses various aspects like sexual harassment including its definition types, impact, legal framework, reporting procedure, case studies, recent judgements, while emphasising the importance of zero tolerance policy.
