Policy

1.    Course cancellation
If the CIASL Academy cancels a course before it starts, we may offer a full refund of payment made by the trainees within 7 days from the date of cancellation.

2.    Student/Institution  withdrawal
If a student or organization decides to withdraw from the course after registration, the academy may not refund, however if the student or organization agrees to get accommodated in the similar course conducted by the academy within the same academic year, the academy is willing to adjust the fees. This is subject to availability of similar program. 

3.    Technical issues
If there are any technical issues with the online payment gateway or in such processes that result in duplication of payments or payment errors, the academy may provide refund of the duplicate payments.

It is crucial to read and understand the specific terms and conditions of the refund policy before enrolling in any of our programs. The contents and details of the programs are given in the “Our Programs Tab” .

The refund policy can vary significantly depending upon various other circumstances and academy will exercise discretion on case to case basis too.
